Group counseling is a small group of people meets regularly to discuss, interact, and explore problems with each other and the group leader. In addition, clients work out problems such as emotional,  gain insight into their own thoughts, be­havior, social interactions and offer suggestions and support to others.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE

Substance abuse disorder is a complex brain disease that causes you to compulsively seek out and use alcohol or drugs despite dangerous and harmful consequences. Substance abuse disorder causes distorted thoughts, behaviors, and body functions. Customized individual and group therapy sessions to help you resolve any underlying issues that contribute to your substance abuse disorder and teach you strategies and tools to control your cravings and impulses.
